BBYZC-150 blind drilling machine is a new model developed to adapt to the development of China's aluminum door and window processing industry
The machine is simple to operate, CNC feeding, high precision, easy to adjust, adapt to different louvers, save the trouble of making molds and changing molds.
Mainly used for aluminum doors and Windows louvers drilling, especially double louvers can not be punched.
The machine bed is equipped with a drilling device and a CNC feeding device.
The drilling device is composed of a drilling motor, a three-head drilling package, a front and rear adjusting device, etc. The drilling feed is composed of stepper motor and ball screw, making drilling more stable.
The machine tool adopts CNC feed device, which makes the drilling more stable and the speed adjustment convenient. BYZC-150 blind drilling machine can process blind holes, lock holes, and center holes in one machine.
